Well, I know who the two on the left are and the man on the right looks familiar, however, the name isn't coming to me.....

It is Dr. Ralph Bunche, the first African-American Nobel Peace Prize winner,congratulating the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King on his. This particular meeting took place at the United Nations on December 4, 1964.
