You either wait until they've had their fill or you sprinkled salt on them and they will withdraw.

From what I understand the only pain is a pin prick.

It's just unsightly and we have a natural adversion to icky things.

They don't cure cancer, they help with bloodflow to keep the tissue healthy. Try looking at some of the links on the Hugh Mercer Apothecary page to learn more.

I visited Pamplin Park once back in 2000 when my cousin and I did a tour of Civil War battlefields in Virginia. We had a wonderful time and we very much liked Pamplin Park; it was quite educational.

I loved all the battlefields we saw in Virginia and hope to get back down there to visit some more someday.; August 8, 2007 at 9:54 PM
